What can I do in the demo?
Explore sample dispatch, impounds, accounts, billing, fleet, reports, settings, and chat. Demo changes are saved in a separate shared workspace and reset every 10 minutes. Sample GPS and records are fictional.
Does the demo send real messages or process payments?
No. The workspace contains fictional records. Outbound messages and real payments are disabled. The demo does not access a live company workspace.
Can managers and drivers use different workspaces?
TowWinch provides role-based access for office and field users. Managers configure company access, while drivers work with their assigned calls.
Which integrations are available?
CSV exports and printable reports are available. QuickBooks live sync is not available yet. GPS and User Check-In report categories are also still being built.
